The villa includes unlimited access for all guests to the Atlantis water park, beaches, the dig, and more. You will receive a wristband for each person in your party and towels for all towel concessions across Atlantis.
A maximum of 4 guests may stay in the villa .
Accommodations consist of two beds, a king in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa-bed in the living room.
No "roll-away" beds can be provided or allowed.
There are many restaurants, bars, and lounges offering everything from fine dining to smaller fast-food concessions. One of the casual restaurants is located on the Harborside property; others are a short shuttle ride away. You can grab a quick bite poolside, indulge in endless buffets, or enjoy family-style meals. You can also cook in your own villa using groceries and supplies from an on-campus store, or use a Harborside shuttle for a trip to a Nassau food store.
Aquaventure is an Atlantis Paradise Island water park, a one-of-a-kind 141-acre waterscape with complimentary admission for all Atlantis guests including Harborside.
Atlantis includes high-speed water slides, a mile-long river ride with rolling rapids and wave surges, 20 swimming areas, a water-play fort, and 11 unique and refreshing swimming pools. A kid-friendly pool at Harborside featuring a zero-entry area and kiddie pool. The Atlantis Scuba, Snorkel, Shark Adventure Snuba, Stingray swim: have been voted “Best Place to Dive with Big Animals.” Youngsters aged 3 - 6 years can wade into an exciting world filled with marine animals with the “Sea Squirts” program.
CASINO: An innovatively designed casino is the largest in the Caribbean with 800 slot machines 79 table games, and experienced staff.
FITNESS CENTER: The Fitness Center has everything you need to stay in shape while on Bahamas vacation, including cardio and strength training equipment and free weights.
SPA: The Mandara Spa at Atlantis brings together ancient Balinese healing touches, traditional European therapies, and natural elements indigenous to The Bahamas, to provide the most unique and pampering spa treatments.

The current pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. do not merit a refund.
Guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence to assure that the resort and villa will meet their expectations. Any issues with resort service, view, accommodations, physical plant, amenities are the responsibility of Harborside and must be handled through the resort.

Dining Payments: The food and beverage outlets at Atlantis on Paradise Island operate cashless. The resort will request an initial authorization on your credit card as a deposit of 0 per day at check-in. Additional authorizations will be obtained as required throughout your stay based upon your spending.
Value-Added TaxThe Bahamian government has implemented a Value-Added Tax (VAT), a consumption tax charged at 12% on most goods and services that businesses provide in the Bahamas, including but not limited to credit card deposits, housekeeping services, and internet charges. VAT is also charged on certain goods and services imported from outside the Bahamas.
