offers beautifully furnished suites complete with fully-equipped kitchens, washers and dryers, dining rooms, large bedrooms with plenty of closet and storage space, and living rooms with pull-out sofas; large private balconies, some that allow you to view the ocean or bayside; all suites offer a spa tub in the master bedroom.
All Wyndham units are air conditioned, have full kitchens, TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms, and jetted garden tubs in the master bathrooms.

. A credit card imprint for US0 security deposit is required at check-in. Occupancy limits are enforced.  Resort charges for late check-outs (after 10AM) and you must be 21 to check-in. Pets are not allowed. All units are non-smoking. Check-in time is 4PM daily. Contact resort in advance to discuss any special needs for your stay.
The successful bidder must be over 25 years of age and be responsible for the care of the condo and control of any visitors during the time of stay. Payment shall be made in full at the end of the auction with payment being made to ebay.
Confirmation will be changed to the successful bidders name within 5 days of receiving the name of the guest for confirmation. I will  send the guest confirmation which must accompany the bidder to the resort and presented for check-in.
* I highly encourage buyers concerned about the weather to buy travel insurance. It is not expensive and will cover the purchase if you can't go.
