Additional Information All units have air-conditioning and televisions in all bedrooms. Units have full-size kitchens, washer/dryers, VCR, DVD and two full baths. Occupancy is 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8. Smoking is only permitted on balconies and patios. No pets allowed. A US5 security deposit required at check-in.
A lock box combination is needed to retrieve your key after 5PM. If you do not see your name, check the other box. Occupancy is strictly enforced. Resort is located 1 mile down from check-in location. Non-smoking resort After-hours check-in procedure:
To check-in after hours, please check in the lock box to the left of the front door. It is a white box on the wall with "After hours check-in FL. Vacation Villas Club" on the front. The keys are sorted by last name. Please select the box that indicates the first letter of your last name. To open the appropriate box: 1) Turn knob to the left to activate buttons. 2) Push buttons of combination: a. Push buttons 2 & 4 at the same time. b. then push 3. 3) Turn the knob to the right and open the door.
